Wedding Insurance:
Although we never think the unimaginable can happen, it is a fact that many unfortunate couples have been left financially ruined due to unforseen events such as illness or other, and when cancellation of services leaves you with little or no recourse in getting back deposits and in some cases no refunds what so ever – that’s when the problems can start. It is with this in mind that Coastline Weddings strongly recommends that couples take out Wedding Insurance.

There are a few boutique companies establishing themselves in Australia at present for this type of Insurance - however may we suggest you look at “Wedding Insurance Direct” - a Sydney based Company that offers some fantastic packages (throughout Australia), with 24 hr contact services in place, should anything go wrong. Payment Procedures:

1.	A booking will only be confirmed when Coastline Weddings receives a deposit of $ 550.00, as well as a signed agreement by parties using our services (of all Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer Advice). Please note that quotes have a valid time period – prices may be subject to increase in line with yearly inflation.
2.	4 Weeks prior to the confirmed wedding date; a further 50% of the remaining booking fee is due. Final payment due 1 wk prior to the wedding date. Please visit our Payment Options for further advice on Methods of Payment.
3.	Cancellation or Postponement: If Coastline Weddings is notified within 14 days from the date of the booking, a full reimbursement of the deposit / or monies received, will be given; or in the case of postponement, the deposit / or monies received, can be transferred to the new booking. Please note, that should this incur a fee (to refund from the bank), you will be liable for this. If notice is received after 14 days of the booking date – no refund will be given for cancellation, however if postponed for a date (within six months from your original wedding date) 50% of deposit / or monies received, will be transferred to the new booking. For cancellations or postponements after a six month period (from date of booking) – no reimbursements will be given.
4.	If Coastline Weddings has to terminate its agreement for any reasons beyond its control - including but without limitations to: sickness, accident, family emergency, travel difficulties, loss, theft or damage of equipment, or acts of god – where we are unable to perform our obligations as stated under this agreement – Coastline Weddings may in fact terminate this agreement and refund only -all monies to date, paid by the client. In such a case Coastline Weddings will not be held liable for any damages or claims, caused as a result of this termination.
5.	Should any client default on monies due under this agreement, or fails to comply with the stated Terms & Conditions / Disclaimers, Coastline Weddings reserves the right to terminate the agreement and keep any deposit given.
6.	Clients use Coastline Weddings at their own risk and indemnify all Coastline Weddings Staff Members or any other party contracted by Coastline Weddings, against all costs, charges and expenses which may be incurred due to any persons suffering injury, whilst at the function, or on Coastline Weddings work premises (offices or suggested meeting points, including clients homes).
7.	Clients will be responsible for all damages caused to Coastline Weddings equipment (including all persons in attendance at the function), and all contractors engaged by the client for the function; paying Coastline Weddings in full (on demand) the costs, to rectify any damages. Again Wedding Insurance is recommended.
8.	When paying with a Credit Card, surcharges will apply.
9.	Any parking fees and/or toll bridges incurred on the day will be the responsibility of the Bridal Couple (may we suggest that suitable parking arrangements be made with your venu/s for a Coastline Weddings Staff Car.
10.	Please allow 8-10 weeks for your completed production
11.	Coastline Weddings reserves the right to use your Wedding DVD or relevant footage / materials for promotional purposes.
