Does Coastline Weddings have a Privacy Policy ?

Yes. We at Coastline Weddings pride ourselves on being discreet with our customer’s personal details, and therefore we do not exchange information with any other company or person’s unless authorised to do so.

Wedding Insurance, do I need it ?

Although we never think the unimaginable can happen, it is a fact that many unfortunate couples have been left financially ruined due to unforseen events such as illness or other, and when cancellation of services leaves you with little or no recourse in getting back deposits and in some cases no refunds what so ever – that’s when the problems can start. It is with this in mind that Coastline Weddings strongly recommends that couples take out Wedding Insurance.

There are a few boutique companies establishing themselves in Australia at present for this type of Insurance - however may we suggest you look at “Wedding Insurance Direct” - a Sydney based Company that offers some fantastic packages (throughout Australia), with 24 hr contact services in place, should anything go wrong. Prices start from as little as $195.00. For more information, please visit the affiliate link on our website for your convenience. It is with this in mind that Coastline Weddings strongly recommends that couples take out Wedding Insurance.

Can we have music on our DVD ?

Music also plays a very important part for setting the mood for your special day, so feel reassured that you can choose your own music to personalise your DVD or leave it up to us.

Coastline Weddings is a current member of AMCOS/ARIA for music reproduction.

Are there any travelling costs?

For local and short distance Gold Coast events Coastline Weddings will not charge a travelling fee, however a fee may apply to locations outside of the Gold Coast and inner city locations.

Any parking fees and/or toll bridges incurred on the day will be the responsibility of the Bridal Couple and may we suggest that suitable parking arrangements be made with your venu/s for a Coastline Weddings Staff Car.

Will Coastline Weddings Staff get in the way?

We work harmoniously with your photographer, and due to our unobtrusive nature, you will hardly notice that we are there!

Are there Terms and Conditions? What are they ?

Coastline Weddings, or any other party contracted by Coastline Weddings, will not be held liable or responsible by the Bridal party or any other party associated with the wedding for any injury, damage, emotional stress, inconvenience, poor quality or loss of footage due to a result of equipment or tape failure, operator error, third party interference, misunderstanding, misadventure, or an act of God; that could result in the prevention of finishing the DVD to the satisfaction of the customer. Should this occur, Coastline Weddings is limited only to a refund of all monies paid.

All original footage shot, remains the property of Coastline Weddings, and therefore no copies may be made without the express permission of Coastline Weddings.

Once the filming schedule is set, and in the event that the cameramen be delayed by the client, family or guests, Coastline Weddings staff (in their discretion), may alter the time spent at each location or delete locations from the original time schedule. see Terms and Conditions

Payment Options

Prices current from the 1st July 2007
Please note a booking deposit of $550.00 (non refundable) is required to secure your wedding date.

Option 1 (Time Payment Option):
Deposit of $550.00 to secure the booking, further 50% due 4 weeks prior to the wedding; with final payment due 1 wk prior to the wedding date, and before production leaves Coastline Weddings premises / Staff Member.

Option 2 (Full Payment Option):
BONUS!!! Receiving payment in full upon booking will include an additional bonus of two extra fully authored DVD’s plus one extra Highlights DVD.
