Coastline Weddings, or any other party contracted by Coastline Weddings, will not be held liable or responsible by the Bridal party, or any other party associated with the wedding for any injury, damage, emotional stress, inconvenience, damage to personal property, poor quality or loss of footage due to a result of equipment or tape failure, accident, operator error, third party interference, misunderstanding, misadventure, or an act of God; that could result in the prevention and disruption of finishing the DVD. Should this occur, Coastline Weddings (at its discretion) is limited only to a refund of all monies paid, and neither party will have any claim against the other. |
